FEEDBACK FROM PILATES FOR RUNNERS...
I really enjoyed the classes. You were excellent in telling us, and demonstrating, why we were doing each exercise, ie the muscles used, what they did and how that related to running. It was also great to have several levels of effort at which you could do each exercise, it was fun and I looked forward to attending each week.
Just to let you know I went to a dance workshop on Saturday followed by a dance in the afternoon, and was able to do all the dancing. The exercises you gave me have worked and I have the spring back in my left leg.
