ABOUT ME
Hello! I'm Lisa, a Highly Specialist Physiotherapist, a Qualified APPI Pilates and Yoga Instructor, and Certified Canicross Coach. I am fortunate to live just outside the Lake District.
I am a keen runner, hiker and adventurer and have hiked extensively in the UK, US, New Zealand and Europe as well as having explored the deserts and wilder areas of Australia, Namibia and Kenya.

I qualified with a First Class (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy in 2013, and completed a Masters in Specialist Physiotherapy in 2022.
I am passionate about helping people become free from pain and injury, to achieve this, I put the client’s needs and goals at the heart of all my treatments.
By using evidence-based practice, I draw on a range of disciplines to tailor individualistic goals, maximising client’s fitness, health and wellbeing.
I specialise and have a keen interest in pain management, menopause, injury prevention, running/hiking related injuries, strength and conditioning, pilates, yoga and Canicross (running with your pooch).
